These terms apply to the apps and services offered by Khanh Vu ("KV Apps", "we", "us") that link to this page. They describe use of our features, purchases and support. Features and offers differ by app; these terms do not promise that every app includes every feature mentioned here.

1. App license and permitted use

For apps downloaded from Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) governs the app license unless a custom EULA is expressly provided for that app on the App Store. These shared terms supplement the applicable license; this webpage does not itself replace it with a custom EULA. If there is a conflict about the app license, the applicable EULA controls.

You may use our apps for lawful personal and commercial work, subject to the applicable EULA, the features and plan you have obtained, and any rights in third-party content. Using a color tool in a client design project, for example, is permitted. This does not give you a right to resell or redistribute the app itself.

You must not use an app unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, interfere with security or operation, or bypass payment or access controls. Restrictions on copying, modification, distribution or reverse engineering are subject to the applicable EULA, open-source licenses and exceptions required by law.

2. Your content and creative output

You keep the rights you have in content you import, create or export. KV Apps does not claim ownership of your photos, notes, saved color collections or other original work merely because you use an app. You may use your own output in personal or commercial projects, provided you have the necessary rights to the source materials and comply with any separately identified license for included third-party assets.

The app software, branding and supplied assets remain the property of KV Apps or their respective owners and licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of third-party content or exclusive rights to a color, fact or other material that cannot be exclusively owned.

3. Features, storage and responsibility

Check the app's description and in-app information for available features, permissions, limits and supported devices. You are responsible for keeping appropriate copies of content you need. Deleting an app, losing a device or changing settings may cause loss of local data. Backups, exports, sync, app locks and recovery methods are available only where the particular app supports them; we do not promise remote recovery or encrypted storage for all apps.

If an app provides reference values, conversions or measurements, their accuracy depends on the method, inputs and device. For example, camera color results vary with lighting and image processing, and approximate CMYK conversions do not replace calibrated measurement or print proofing. Check results before relying on them for work that requires a specific level of accuracy.

4. In-app purchases and subscriptions

Some apps offer paid downloads, one-time purchases, consumable items or auto-renewable subscriptions. Only the products and benefits shown for the particular app are offered. Review the full price, billing period and terms displayed by the app and Apple's purchase confirmation before paying.

• Payment: purchases through the App Store are charged to your Apple Account using Apple's payment system.
• Subscriptions: auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled. Manage or cancel them in Apple Account subscription settings. To avoid an upcoming renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting an app does not cancel its subscription.
• Trials and offers: an introductory offer or free trial applies only if it is explicitly displayed and you are eligible. Unless canceled in accordance with the offer, it converts to the subscription and price disclosed at purchase.
• One-time or lifetime access: where offered, this unlocks the specified features in that app without recurring subscription billing. It does not purchase every other KV Apps app or promise that the app will remain supported on every future device or operating system.
• Restore: use Restore Purchases where available with the Apple Account used to buy. Eligible non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions can be restored; consumable items and access in a different app may not be restorable. Family Sharing is available only for eligible products where enabled.
• Refunds and billing issues: for Apple-billed purchases, submit requests through Apple's refund service. Eligibility and processing follow Apple's applicable rules and your statutory rights. Contact us for problems with the features you purchased.

Changes to subscription pricing or access follow the notices, consent requirements and rules applicable to the purchase. These terms do not waive your rights for a paid product or authorize charges that you have not agreed to.

5. Ads, rewards and third-party services

Ad-supported apps may display advertisements from providers such as Google AdMob. Rewarded ads, where offered, are optional and grant the benefit described in the app after the required completion is confirmed. Ad availability is not guaranteed. An ad-free purchase covers the advertising described in that app's offer.

6. Support and availability

KV Apps provides support for its apps at the contact below. We may release updates or change supported features and devices, subject to applicable law and the terms of paid purchases. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or a particular response time. We will provide notices about material changes where required.

7. Warranties, liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable EULA, our apps are provided on an "as available" basis without additional promises beyond those expressly made for the product. You should assess whether an app and its output meet your needs.

To the extent permitted by law, KV Apps is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of an app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory warranties, remedies, refund rights or other consumer protections available to you. The applicable EULA also sets out responsibilities relating to the licensed app.

8. Updates to these terms and applicable law

We may update these terms and publish the revised date here. Material changes will be communicated as required by law; where agreement is required, we will seek it. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to completed purchases.

These supplemental terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, except where mandatory laws in your place of residence or the applicable EULA require otherwise. Nothing here prevents you from using consumer protections or courts that applicable law makes available to you.

9. Paper Lagoon: gameplay, virtual items and progress

Paper Lagoon is in development. Puzzles and saved progress work offline; advertising and Apple purchase integrations use online services. Available options depend on the installed build and service availability. Its rules, reward amounts and costs are shown in the game. A hint identifies a move toward a solution; completing the puzzle remains part of gameplay. Updates may adjust levels and balancing, with notice where required.

Light drops, hint tickets, attempts, decorations and daily rewards are virtual game items. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money and cannot be sold or transferred to another player or another KV Apps app. This is a puzzle game, not a cash-prize or gambling service. Rewards that are limited to a first completion are not granted again simply by replaying that level.

Progress and balances are saved locally in the current build. There is no account-based sync or developer-operated remote recovery. Deleting the app or losing a device may lose your save; we do not promise that a backup or reinstall will restore it. See Paper Lagoon's privacy notice for storage and deletion details.

Where rewarded ads are available, the reward and completion requirement are shown before you choose to watch; availability is not guaranteed and a reward is granted only after completion is confirmed. Where paid products are available, the price and benefits are disclosed in the app and Apple's purchase flow. The purchase provisions above and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
